Aromatic Sauvignon Blanc benefits from brilliant, long sunshine hours and large diurnal temperature swings during the growing season in Ontario. The grapes and juice were handled by our winemaker, Mario Testa, carefully to retain the delicate and perfumed fruit and floral aromas and inert stainless-steel vas was the choice of encouraging pure flavours. This wine is pale lemon in colour, medium bodied with bright citrus and classic herbaceous notes, balanced by its natural high acidity. Best served well chilled at 6-8°C (43-45°F) with Turkey or cream sauce based dishes.
