TASTING NOTES
Meritage is the first wine to ever be produced by Willow Springs Winery. The 2020 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. This aromatic red wine is delicious with cassis, blackcurrants, dark cherries, and ripe blueberries with subtle oak, dried herbs, and cigar box. Medium plus body and multi-layered with beautiful dark berry character and round tannins and a flavourful finish. Best served at room temperature and this wine pairs perfectly with steak, brisket or to be enjoyed with family and friends.
